Saya tahu video ini dari Mas Ryan, Mbak, beberapa bulan lalu, mungkin Mbak juga tahunya dari postingan itu? :hehe. Memang eye opening banget. Setelah menontonnya saya belajar untuk menggunakan gawai dengan lebih bijak, semoga bisa saya lakukan. Tidak mesti berarti mematikan fungsi gadget dalam kehidupan, tapi paling tidak menyeimbangkan kehidupan dunia nyata dengan dunia maya :hehe.
